MKT specialist
Position Description:
- Manage and maintain official Huawei traffic channels, which can include Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing network, APP/Web push, Google Adwords and others.
- Closely monitor traffic channels on daily basis, provide useful reports and insights to improve performance.
- Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings.
- Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials.
- Develop integrated traffic plans for Huawei E-commerce campaigns, such as sales campaigns, product launch events and others.
- Expand current traffic channels by being able to proactively searching for new sources of traffic, develop partnerships, etc.
- Serve as communication link with local agencies, partners, etc.
- Handle other duties as assigned by line manager.
- Co-work with Marketing Director including Digital marketing、MKT Project management、KOL content;
- Develop and implement the most effective digital plans in Huawei consumer business Hungary, and also responsible for Digital KPI result.
- Work with the country marketing team to ensure coherence and link with other social media plans to ensure execution of Huawei brand strategy and activities in collaboration with social media and communication agencies
- Executing and tracking marketing campaign and content calendar /activities across digital. Generating brand awareness, building brand love.
- Agency management and responsible to optimize the costs and operational effectiveness.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
- Experience in digital marketing in an advertising agency, media department or marketing company.
- Results driven with a strong analytical eye provide suggestions and creative solutions from raw data.
- Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
- HTML knowledge represents an advantage.
- Familiar with social media and independently planned digital campaign strategies.
Professional Knowledge
1) 3+ years digital marketing, preferably in digital or advertising agencies.
2) Success experience in building a well-known brand, good knowledge in both Consumer insight and Brand activation.
3) With the professional skill of new social media and online media communication knowledge.
Education Background Requirements:
1. Education level: Bachelor
Langue Skill Requirement: Fluent Hungarian and English in Speaking, Reading and Writing. Preference will be given to those who can speak Chinese.
