Financial Specialist

What you’ll do:

You’ll help us to manage the financial aspects of our business - to ensure the business is conducted with insight and foresight. The Finance team is partnering with the business to deliver customer success and financial results in a compliant and efficient way.

  • Handling with payment in and payment out with sales channel partners
  • Managing the budget for channel rebates, sales promotions, prices change.
  • Controlling and preventing any settlement risk, frequent verification of the channels’ data
  • Drive innovation and simplification to our processes and reporting packs.
  • Optimize our channel investment process
  • Cross-functional collaboration with different teams.
  • Facing customer for reconciliation and payment, can negotiate with customer for financial related topic
  • Good capability for budget managing and controlling.
  • Good Excel skill for reporting.
  • Strong communication and pushing for project finance management
  • Have experience in consuming goods industry more than 1 year.

Who You Are

  • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience preferably in the Consumer Electronics industry
  • University Degree, with a focus in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • MS Office skills mainly Excel and presentation skill
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Strong interpersonal acuity and comfortable to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Experienced working in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines
  • The contract is provided through an agency in service of Huawei.
