Spare Parts Delivery Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the spare parts on-time delivery, monitoring spare parts orders processing, daily communication with HUB, planner and repair center to improve the spare part fulfilment.
  • Monitoring and continuously adjust HUB stock level to meeting the spare part fulfilment rate at regional level.
  • Handling all spare parts relevant inquiries and issues from repair center, working with related function teams locally and globally to resolve the problems, and output the standard operation guide to all repair center.
  • Handling spare parts relevant customer complaints and problem escalation management.
  • Managing spare part delivery risks: including long pending on-the-way spare part order, lost and damage cases etc.

Requirements:

  • Be able to take multi-tasks and be good at prioritizing.
  • Strong communication skills with customer orientation.
  • Focusing on details, with good organization skills, multicultural working skills and team-work spirit.
  • Excel skill is needed.

Language: English is a must.
