General Description:

You will be the key person to make Huawei products work better, for Bulgaria consumers: you notice issues/bugs and cooperate with R&D to fix them; you listen to consumers, understand their requirements/preference, and help HQ to implement them on products to improve user experience. Assist in collecting information from different departments, monitor product landscape and layout quality of key products and summarize them in reports and provide some analyses.

Responsibilities:

1.     Huawei consumer products testing: you ensure the quality of Huawei’s products, by tracking and reporting issues to R&D center and verifying the solutions

2.     Technical support - help to close technical cases from hotline / social media / service center / customers with your professional knowledge and excellent communication skills

3. Assist in developing product go-to-market strategies and improving the competitiveness of product solutions.

4. Assist in managing the Bulgarian market landscape and strategic opportunities, monitor the market share, and monitor the layout quality of key products.

5. Support customer requirement identification, feedback, and closed-loop management, and guide solution development.

6 - Responsible for market data management and data analysis.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

·   Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with a wide variety of people (consumers, engineers, customers, sales, marketing and retail team members, etc.).

·  Bachelor degree or above. Education background in the major of Computer Science, Telecommunication, Business Administration, Software Engineering or related discipline are preferred;

·     Fluency in English. Chinese language will be advanced.

·       Strong attention to details, full of patience and mature office skills.

·     Interest in various of consumer electronics

·       Previous customer service experience and project management is appreciated.

·       Highly organized, able to self-motivate and manage a busy and varied workload

·       Strong sense of responsibility and multi-tasking capability
