Sales Assistant
Level:Junior
We are looking for a result-oriented and dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team in Slovenia. Strong performers have future career development and promotion opportunities within the company.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Administration & Document Support
Contract & Order Management: Manage sales contracts and process customer orders accurately.
Document Preparation: Help prepare proposals, quotes, and presentation materials.
Promotion Ledger: Maintain records of sales promotion costs (events, materials, gifts) including budgets and expenses.
Material Verification: Collect and file proof for marketing materials (photos, sign-off sheets) to ensure compliance.
Reporting: Create regular sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on revenue, payments, and new customers.
2. Sales Process Support
Pre-sales: Assist with market research and lead gathering.
Samples: Handle sample requests, shipping, tracking, and returns.
Meetings/Events: Help set up sales meetings and exhibitions (venue, materials, reception).
3. Internal Coordination & Communication
Cross-dept. Liaison: Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, and Marketing to ensure smooth information flow.
CRM System: Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
Requirements:
· University degree
· Analytic and strong strategic skills
· Excellent oral and written English skills
· Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability are required
Strong Excel working ability is required.
