Spare Parts Accounting Specialist
1 Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the accounting operations of global spare parts business, including processing inventory and sales transaction flows, inventory movements, miscellaneous inbound/outbound transactions, write-offs, and other related accounting activities.
2. Ensure consistency between financial accounts, system records, and physical inventory. Analyze and identify data discrepancies within systems, and collaborate with relevant business teams to drive timely issue resolution.
3. Support the establishment and optimization of inventory and accounting risk control platforms, including risk monitoring tools and IOC visualization systems. Assist in system testing and deployment while continuously empowering global finance and business teams through process and system improvements.
4. Collect and summarize issues raised during adjustment application processes, maintain and optimize FAQ documentation, and promote continuous process improvement initiatives.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by management.
2 Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, inventory management, or related operational finance roles.
3. Strong logical thinking, analytical capability, and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenges proactively.
4. Excellent communication skills, self-learning capability, and strong teamwork spirit.
5. Language skill: English at B2 level or above; Chinese is preferred.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting, and PowerPoint for presentation preparation.
7. Familiarity with ERP, inventory management, or financial systems is preferred.
3 Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in supply chain finance, inventory accounting, or after-sales spare parts operations.
· Experience working in multinational companies or global business environments.
· Knowledge of data visualization or risk control platforms is a plus.
